Position Description

The Credit Operations Business Analyst role performs business and systems analysis and serves as a liaison between one or more business units and IT. This position will lead all aspects of requirements analysis, traceability and testing for enhancements and projects that are small or medium in size &/or complexity while supporting those functions for larger initiatives. Position will work with the leadership team and project managers on special projects and to identify and address operational efficiencies across the Credit Administration group. Position will also assist with maintaining project timelines and following up on outstanding items.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 6 years experience in a business analyst role to include two years experience in software implementation

Associate degree with minimum of 8 years experience in a business analyst role to include two years experience in software implementation
-OR-
High School Diploma/GED with minimum of 10 years experience in a business analyst role to include two years experience in software implementation
