What you’ll be doing...

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cash management banking partners and internal organizations that use their products and services;
  • Perform bank account administration for assigned business units/regions in accordance with Company policy and strategy, including opening/closing accounts, setting up/removing bank services, ensuring signatories are current, and ongoing maintenance of the consolidated bank account list;
  • Perform monthly domestic bank fee processing and analysis, ensuring bank fees are paid only for products and services used at agreed-upon prices, and minimize bank fees through the identification of dormant bank accounts and unnecessary products/services;
  • Perform and coordinate quarterly domestic and international bank account/fee analysis and reporting;
  • Participate in semi-annual bank report card meetings to discuss bank performance;
  • Leverage and maintain the bank fee analysis system and other tools (e.g., MS Excel), as appropriate, to most effectively and efficiently carry out assigned job responsibilities;
  • Update and maintain Treasury procedural documentation pertaining to the banking relations function;
  • Assist with annual Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR) process regarding individuals with signatory/other authority over foreign bank accounts;
  • Act as Treasury representative on special projects.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Accounting, treasury, and/or financial analysis experience.
  • Experience with MS Office, including MS Excel.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, while maintaining awareness of the big picture.
  • Ability to embrace change, prioritize and manage concurrent tasks, work as part of a team and independently with little supervision, and properly handle and protect sensitive information, e.g., bank account details; sensitive signatory information
  • Ability to satisfy bank requirements regarding accounts and services, e.g., completion of bank letters/forms, compilation of legal documentation and signatory information, and obtaining signatures from authorized signatories
  • Knowledge of groups, e.g., Bill to Cash, Accounts Payable, and Payroll, that use bank services preferred.
  • CTP or CPA preferred.
  • Knowledge of bank products and services preferred.
  • Chesapeake System Solutions SmartAnalysis® system skills preferred.
