As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will be a member of the bank’s Application Development & Support team. This role will help support the bank’s Credit Systems. This position performs business and systems analysis and serves as a liaison between one or more business units and IT. This role will lead all aspects of requirements analysis, traceability and testing for enhancements and projects that are small or medium in size &/or complexity while supporting those functions for larger initiatives. This position will also perform day-to-day operational support and may be required to mentor other analysts.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years IT experience.
-OR-
Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years IT experience.
-OR-
High School Diploma/GED with minimum of 6 years IT experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial Services Experience.
- PMP Certification.
- CAPM, IIBA Intermediate, Six Sigma
