Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts regularly.
- Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and follow-ups.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with tax and payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to provide financial insights and updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
