This position is responsible for administration, operations, and reporting required of CPI’s Office of Student Financial Aid. The CFAO administers the student financial aid program; which includes federal, state, and local funds. This position ensures that the School has exception-free Financial Aid audits and program reviews by keeping abreast of and implementing all federal and state laws and regulations that pertain to the programs administered by the Financial Aid Office. In addition to preparing and submitting state and federal reports, the CFAO meets with students, parents, or other parties to assist with funding programs available to the student attending CPI, including assisting with FAFSA’s, verification, budgets, application for grants, and award letters.
