At FCS Financial, part of the nationwide Farm Credit System, we are looking for a full-time Loan Officer to join our Traditional & Part-time Farmers Team at our O’Fallon Branch!

FCS Financial is seeking an independent, competitive, pro-active individual looking to build relationships with new and existing customers!  As a Loan Officer you will develop strong relationships, grow and maintain your own consumer and ag loan portfolio, and provide servicing on existing loans.

Knowledge of farm and agribusiness financials and current agricultural lending practices within the financial services industry puts you a step ahead!
