Finance & Tax Clerk / Administrative Assistant Hainesport Township
The Township of Hainesport, Burlington County is seeking a highly motivated individual with multi-tasking, detail oriented, excellent communication and cooperative working skills for a 25-hour per week Finance/Tax Administrative Assistant position that is immediately available. The candidate must possess a strong work ethic and be willing to learn varying local government functions within multiple departments, be willing to take courses and be open to potential growth within the position and hours of work. Responsibilities include payroll and related duties, assist with benefits administration, processing tax payments and assisting Tax Collector as needed, creating purchase orders and bill lists, processing deposits, coordinate land use escrows, data entry, filing, copying, typing and general office(s) assistance.
Salary commensurate with experience.
