Lending Portfolio Manager - 65,000 to 70,000/year

The Initiative Foundation is hiring a Lending Portfolio Manager to administer its loan fund portfolios. The right candidate brings a passion for serving Central Minnesota paired with a breadth of experience to accurately maintain portfolio systems data.

Other responsibilities include tracking and reporting on the health and mix of loan portfolios, maintaining loan client relationships through check-ins, site visits, and business coaching referrals, and by ensuring funding-source compliance and effective collections processes.
