Duties and Responsibilities: Financial records and reports Full multi state payroll with job costing using the ClockShark Time App Process all payroll tax deposits and reports Entry and job costing of all vendor invoices Process all customer receivables and payables Multiple bank and CC accounts reconciliations Multi state Licensing General Admin support Proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Excel and email accounts as well as excellent data entry skills.
