SUMMARY

 

Are you a naturally analytical with a passion for data and numbers? As a Part-Time Senior Analyst with our Exhibit Surveys/Freeman team, you will be managing the survey design, programming, deep analytics (e.g, statistical weighting), and reporting/charting.  Through partnership with internal and external clients, ensures that research data is captured, compiled and packaged into meaningful reports for designated clients. This role will be on an as-needed basis to support the business needs. Hours and days will be fluctuating in nature.

 

  • Consults with management and sales to determine goals, time-frame, limitations, and processes for accomplishing the project and the allotment of resources.
  • Responsible for accurate consolidation and coordination of all data and report preparation.
  • Identify trends and developments in client environments and present findings to senior management.
  • Queries, manages and organizes large data sets and applying quantitative reasoning to complex problems.
  • Adheres to the established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation. 
  • Prepares project status reports and keeps management, sales, clients, and others informed of project status.
  • Confers with project personnel to provide administrative and or technical advice and assistance to facilitate the required tasks and resolve problems.
  • Manages and responds to requests for changes from original requirements.
  • Develops and maintains research and project documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Minimum of 5 years market research experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, testing and software packages also necessary.
  • Demonstrated customer service and ability to work directly with vendors and clients.
  • Proven research, writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to plan out all phases of a project, accurately determine requirements, and costs if applicable; with the intent to adhere to the client needs and objectives. 
  • Ability to concisely communicate with internal department's i.e. management, accounting (billing), sales, project coordinators; and externally with vendors, and clients.
  • Ability to read and understand job cost reports to refine estimating practices.
  • Experience and proficiency with all Microsoft Office Products----Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
